Graduation Day 2008

Emie, last of the remarkable Lomba family to graduate from LK, presents a gift to Dr. Sonoda.
Dmitri, Herman, Ralph, Philo, Emie. Did I miss anyone? What interesting students each was!

Too bad I don't have pictures of those other great students graduating that year: Phylicia, Axel, Christophe, Aude, and Yoni.

A couple of previous year's graduates, Richard and Clyde, came to graduation 2008.

the U.S. ELECTORAL COLLEGE

Tenth and eleventh grade students explain the complicated electoral college and how it affects United States' presidential elections. The electoral college was important in the contest between John McCain and Barack Obama this autumn.

The younger students Ms Constanza's students were attentive and asked good questions. They liked learning from the older students.
